What is Badger?

Badger is a wellbeing app built to turn goals, overwhelm, and everyday chaos into small, realistic actions. It is designed to help you build momentum in a way that feels doable.

How do I get started?

Create an account, complete the onboarding, and Badger will start shaping support around your goals, routine, energy, and the kind of challenge that fits you best.

Is there a free version?

Yes. You can start with Badger for free. Paid plans offer more structure, deeper tracking, and better personalisation over time.

How are tasks chosen for me?

Tasks are shaped by your onboarding, check-ins, preferences, and feedback. Badger aims for the stretch zone which is enough to move you forward, not to overwhelm you.

What if a task does not fit my day?

That is useful feedback. If a task feels off, too much, or not right for the day you are having, Badger can use that signal to shape what comes next.

Can I change my preferences later?

Yes. Life changes, and Badger should change with it. You can update parts of your profile, preferences, and settings so the support stays relevant.

Can I journal in Badger?

Yes. Journalling is available as an optional part of the app. You can use it as a private reflection space, and where optional AI features exist, those remain under your control.

Is Badger therapy?

No. Badger is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care. It is a practical wellbeing tool designed to support reflection, action, and momentum in everyday life.

What if I need urgent help?

Badger is not an emergency service or crisis line. If you need urgent help, go to our crisis support page or contact your local emergency or crisis services.

How old do I need to be to use Badger?

Badger is for people aged 16 and over.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset option on the login screen. If you still get stuck, email us and we will point you in the right direction.

How do I update my email or account details?

You can manage core account details through your settings. If something is not available there yet, email us and we will help.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion through the app or by contacting us directly. If you need help with that process, email hello@badgerapp.io.

How do you handle my data?

We keep our approach privacy-conscious and proportionate. Badger uses the information it needs to run the product and personalise support, without treating personal data casually. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. Badger is not built around selling personal data. Where we use trusted third-party services, they support the product, not an ad business.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Start with these checks, close and reopen the app, make sure you are on the latest version, and check your connection. If it still is not right, email us with a short description of what happened.
